  Watched a hipster burn his tongue because he drank his coffee because it was cool.
  
  They're really trying too hard to be a trendy coffee joint. Ironic scarves when it's too hot for that stuff and skinny jeans abound.
  
  I guess if it's your thing and you can read this review through your black plastic framed glasses then this is the place for you.

  Fantastic coffee! The staff is always very pleasant. The only thing keeping me from giving it a full 5 stars is that it is not open past 10 Mon-Sat and not past 9 on Sundays.

  Finally something other than Starbucks. Love the dog patio and friendly staff. My pooch also loves their treats! Great drinks!

  My wife and I want to love this place so bad. I'd like spend our money here rather than across the street at Starbucks but there are some issues for sure.
  Consistency doesn't exist. You want a macchiato? Well... get ready to drink a cappuccino. Want a cappuccino? Be ready to enjoy a tasty latte.
  My wife watched a woman wait for so long today she was late for work. With the short lines and the amount of staff behind the counter, there's no reason it should take more than a couple of minutes for one drink.
  
  Staff has pretty good customer service. Love the decoration/layout.
  
  Somebody please help! It has so much potential.

  A came to Frank & Joe's for a week straight while visiting Wichita Falls, and I came to really enjoy coming here. The coffee shop itself has a cool yet comfortable feel to it. The coffee was good, but not great. I always ordered a cappuccino or macchiato. The cappuccinos were good but the macchiato were flat. It was probably because I got them to go and their espresso “dies quickly”. The reason I kept coming back though was for the Cheese Danishes… they are delicious! Another benefit of Frank & Joe's is the drive through, which came in handy a few times.
