  The staff is rude and they are always talking and not taking care of guests and tonight they took 20.00 from my son and when he went back in they were rude to him and told him he just lost it with me watching him walk to the car. Then 3 of them sat there and laughed at him. The manager on duty was Loreal! If I could rate it less than 1 star I would!

  It's a Carl's Jr. It's hard to mess up fast food because it's all prepackaged. Customer service here was average at best.

  The wonderful employee, Stephanie,(whom I believe was the shift leader), waited on me at the counter. She was patient, considerate, and helpful as I tried to decide what I needed. She went above and beyond to meet my needs, and was gracious the entire time. She gave specific instructions to the men preparing the meals, and was respectful and polite as she dealt with them. The men, themselves, where equally respectful and considerate as they verified the requests and fulfilled them wonderfully well. The attention to customer service was so amazing and refreshing. Another female employee, was also busy cleaning the restaurant, and she too was friendly and met me with a smile. I am so thankful for this outstanding group of people who made my trip so comfortable, and a special Thank You to Stephanie. The food was also delicious.
