- 1 / 5By Virginia RivardEvery time I go there, they mess up my order. It's sad because their food is usually amazing. I love their burgers and ice cream, but their service isn't consistent. Their employees don't pay attention to the order. They charge for large fries and give a small or medium, put tomatoes and onions and cheese on burgers that are supposed to be plain, mix up drinks, serve hard, dry chicken strips, forget sauces, and some of the time the food is cold. I am tired of giving them ample opportunities to get my order right. I won't be coming back to this Braums again.September 05, 2016
